ZY27 Series Single Action Hydraulic Stamping Press is Suitable for all drawing, bending, forming of metal panel and blanking, amendment, pushing mounting, punching processes. It fits for requirements of auto, aviation, chemical industry, etc.
This series applies con-drawing technology. The hydraulic cushion can be equipped inside or outside of the worktable. The hydraulic system uses Cartridge Valve. The electric system applies PLC automatic control with jog and semi-auto operation function. The stroke, pressure, speed of each action components can be adjustable independently within the specific range to meet the requirements of metal forming products.
We can equip with ramming mixes device, mobile worktable, punching cushion device, grating safety protection device, and human-computer interface, etc.
